Speed Inc. I recently placed an order with Speed Inc. for a laundry list of items, and one of the items (a braided SS fuel line to help with my fuel pressure gauge install) did not make it in to the box for whatever reason. As soon as I discovered this, I gave them a call (this was 6:00PM their time). It took them a while to answer the phone, and as soon as they did, they put me on hold. While they were putting me on hold, I could hear the phones ringing off the hook in the background 
They let me explain the situation, talked it over amongst themselves, asked me to check the boxes one last time, and when I looked again and it still wasn't there, they told me they'd get me one out ASAP.
It wasn't an easy position for them to be in, as they had to trust my integrity. They could have easily told me to go screw myself, as their packing list showed that it was in the box before it left their shop.

I've actually talked to a couple of guys at the shop that are aware of it, and it is apparently a national backorder type of thing. Sucks, but all I can do is wait. I appreciate the words and your concern.
