Default Does Futral still exist?

I bought a fm13 last year during the group purchase, after 6000 miles it has excessive wear.

I have emailed and called them but I cannot reach anyone.

I've been calling almost everyday for a month.
I guess I'm going to start calling every hour on the hour and leave a lengthy message each time.

Just curious but what happened that made you pull it out and check for wear?

After reading in the ls1 internal section about several others that had problems during the time frame i bought mine. And the fact that it has whined since I installed it.

Did you think it might be a bad install? Normal cams shouldn't whine. just my .02 cents

I've been trying to get in touch with Allan for almost a month now. i was told that I need to talk to him about specing out a motor for me. I call and leave messages, send emails and pm's and still no answer yet. I'm not giving up just yet, but I'm not gonna wait for another month to go by with no answer

I ordered a Cam about 3 weeks ago and I have called many times since to get an estimated delivery time but no answer, no response to emails and no return phone calls! I am no thinking to call and cancell, and just get a Cam some where else where they appreciate the buisness.

No, do a search on how many futral cams whine.

I will bet my new comp cam will not whine when i fire up my car.

Are the LS1tech admin's going to do anything about this?

Obviously I'm not the only one that his having a problem reaching Futral.

this is what i see from my stand point. if alan were to sit in his office and answer the phone for one month all day. he would have enough work to keep him busy for over a year. you guys can understand how busy and under staffed they are. alan told me he has tried to hire people to work in the front. but everyone wants to work in the back. when you are THE MAN and in demand this **** happens. he is only one person and can do only so much. i know it sucks for people with problems and people wanting futral products. but know this , alan is doing everything he can.

Let me put it to you in plain english:

I don't give a damn how busy he is. I have a cam that is junk sitting in my garage and a car that has been waiting for a month now for a new cam.
He has a lot of very unhappy people here, if he keeps it up he will have all the time in the world because he will have no business.

And are you waiting for FMS to answer a call like the rest of us?
