Speed inc. Speed inc. is very slow to ship their orders.
On may 31 I ordered a DMH electric cutout /flowtech cutout they came a week later on june 7 but the flowtech cutout was not in the box. Then I called them and they said they would ship it then.
Today a week after they said they were gonna ship it I found out by he tracking number it just says billling information recieved so it will probley be shipped over a week after they said it was gonna be shipped. So if it comes next week it will of taken 3 weeks to get my order and they shipped it a week after they said they would. Just wish they would give me 2day shipping or something since they made 2 mistakes.
I will probley do business with them again but I hope theirs no more mistakes.

Hmm.. I ordered the same thing (DMH Cutout/Flowtech cutout) on Tuesday June 6th, recieved the items on Friday(June 9th). I did call in my order though, as it seems the quickest way to get an item processed. 
When you had placed your order DMH cutouts were not in stock - orders that are in stock ship by the next business day. I apologize for any backorder. We are solely reliant on the manufacturers of these products. I apologize for the missing item, I'd lie if I said we never make mistakes. But we do try our best to keep them to a minimum and lately they are a rare occurrence.
As far as the phone call on the 6th I am very curious as to who you spoke with. I want to make sure that everyone here lives up to what they tell customers.

I talked to Fraser on the 6th. Thats fine if the flowtech was not in stock, but you should at least tell your customer their not in stock so it may take a little longer.
Do you mean the flowtech wasnt in stock, because you sent me the dmh electric motor. You guys did do a good job of shipping the dmh motor right away.
