I would like to thank John for the excellent service. I ordered a new Fuddle 4000 from him in May. Since I am stationed over seas, shipping can sometimes get delayed or lost. I paid to have my converter shipped priority mail. Some how the converter was sent back to Fuddle. John then shipped it back to me priority and refunded my shipping cost. Alot of companies would not have done this. Again, thanks John. BTW, the converter is brutal. The bigger lock-up clutch is exactly what I needed for the autobahn.
