Latest is my kit is going out on Monday 3 day select so I SHOULD have it before than if it went out Friday ground shipping. I will post the tracking number here on monday if it happens.

I think that this thread is worse than some of these product delays, personally:

Told on 5/31 he would get a refund that day. 7/21, still no refund or communication... Anybody know what ended up happening with MikeMs01TA?

They keep telling him they will do it and they never follow through. He is tired of dealing with them so he is waiting for the CC co to handle it.

That pretty much sums it up. I was actually told by Marko at one point "the credit has debited from our account, so you should see it on your card any day now". A couple of pages back in this thread, Bill said he would ask Marko about it. Yeah, I was expecting him to actually do that...

What i can't understand is Bill knows everyone wants a update on their status, but he won't give it to them. He posts in other threads on here and totally avoids all questions having to due with outstanding orders. I am going to help you out Bill

Exactly my point... How could you tell a customer on 5/31 that you refunded his money and that it should show on his account, by current day it hasn't happened yet, and then you never call the person back or return their calls?

Nobody likes long wait times, but unless I've understood something wrongly here and granting that Mike has posted his facts COMPLETELY accurately, phony refunds are HORRIBLE! That, if nothing else was already was, is a SHITTY F****NG thing to go through... Hope those of you that have your kits enjoy them to your heart's content... Sorry Mike. Keep us updated.

They could at least have told him:

A. "We're not going to refund your money, and you're not going to be able to get in contact with us for a month ot two."

Or

B. "You're not going to hear from us for a while, but we are going to refund your money... It's just going to take two months."

Admin: I have a bit of problem with the fact that Hi Flo is being permitted to advertise that they have heads and cranks for sell and that they are asking members to make them a offer and if the price is right it's theres. First off I feel that if the can't fulfill their current order of business then they shouldn't be able to conduct any other on here. Second, who's to say that they are actually going to deliver the items that the members on this board have purchased. We definitely don't need anymore bad blood on this site. What some business do to members can really paint a bad picture for all at times. This needs to cease and if that means more rules and regulations....so be it.

There's only two things I left out of my sponsor feedback thread. When I finally talked to Marko and he said he would give me the refund, he asked if I would want him to send me a kit, and I wouldn't have to pay the rest of the money for the kit until I was able to sell it on my own. I thought it was odd at the time, and I was really worried they were out of money. Apparently I was right.

I had asked for him to send me a check, but he was reluctant to do that, so I agreed to the CC refund. It seems he preferred the CC refund so that he could stall longer, and blame the delay on the CC company not processing the refund. If he had to send me a check, there was no one else to blame for the delay but himself.

Buddy you need to get your priorities straight. First, you need to be answering the above post instead of worrying about mine. Second, sence you and Marko are the only two working for/with/at Hi Flo at this point it doesn't matter if it is personal stuff or not. It just should not be permitted and I stand by my previous statement.
