I don't have a scale here, my ups software lets me just throw in values and I actually get billed for it when they scan it and weigh it at the UPS location.

John Pinto only ordered hot parts and misc items.

Last I heard I was getting the headers and cross-over, My shield, 4" DP, AC lines and my tbody elbow i dont know about. Bill whats going on with the rest of the parts??

Bill what is going on with my COMPLETE KIT? IS there another package going out today? Please let me know the deal. Thanks. A partial kit is of NO HELP AT ALL . I am not scheduling my install until I have ALL THE PARTS. Thanks.

If it just shows a tracking #, and no parts have shipped.. it might be just a decoy to keep whomever still has a few days left from cancelling their card, and nothing will actually ship.

Just an idea.

And no customers got a complete kit including the A/C relocation parts. You do realize that one of the biggest selling points for the Hi Flo kit was A/C retention. You do realize that it's summer. You do realize that you guys have had at least 6 months to get these small parts together.

that would hardly be a good decoy.. if the ups tracking page doesnt show something very soon i'm sure nobody will take it serious and proceed with chargeback

A better strategy is simply ignoring everyone who asks for one, which you have been pulling off rather nicely.

Okay, we need the info to be more organized, my patience has worn out.

Here is what I recall going on:

SellZ06: Has UPS tracking info for some stuff, not sure what
ABeast (Adam T): Not sure
52172: Has UPS tracking info for some stuff, not sure what
LSone (Zack L): Not sure
Turbo LS1 SS: Has received all his parts
Mikm's01ta (Mike M): Supposedly getting refund in the next week or week and a half

If any of the above is incorrect, like I forgot someone, got the status wrong, or something, tell me. Bill you should look at my list, and add more detail, I cannot stand how disorganized how you guys are it's rediculous. ADMIN

I wanted a refund, but they ignored all my requests, so I tried to go through the bank. My bank initially gave me my money back, then decided that it had been too long and sent me a letter saying everything was going to be reversed. I pmed Bill, asking him again for a refund, and got no reply. At this point I'm talking to an attorney.

There are a lot of lawyers on the corvette forum, I would post a message over there and see if you could get some advice. I had a friend with a C5 that got screwed by a company and he got great advice over there.

Thanks, I actually work with several lawyers, but I'm reluctant to bring this bullshit up at work. I might just end up posting over there tonight, thanks.
