TSP Rocks!!
Sent Brian a PM (yesterday) inquiring about the Torquer V3 and he offered to swap a V2 for a V3 with a simple phone call.
Spend a few minutes on the phone with Zach, got a RMA number, and I am on my way. (V2 will be on its way back via UPS on the 19th)
For as busy as these guys are, the customer service could not be better. Very polite and friendly.
...and contrary to what others post...they are very easy to get on the phone.
Keep up the good work TSP.....

Just an update. I got the Torquer V2 cam out this afternoon via UPS. I have emailed Brian and Zach the tracking number and attached a copy of the letter I included in the box summarizing our PM's and phone conversations.
I also had the UPS store package it (the cam is still in the unopended original box) so we are all insured against loss and/or damage.
As soon as those V3's are in stock...... I am standing by....
