Thumbs down TSP, Never ordering again...ever.

I ordered Pacesetter LTs and a TSP ORY on the 21st of June. I understand that there are things such as backorder and that these things can take time. What I do NOT have any tolerance for is LIES! I don't know how many times I was given the run around, mainly from Zach I believe, on the status of my order, nor the number of times my calls were NOT returned. 1) I left 3 messages that were not returned at all. 2) I was told on 7/7 that Zach had my tracking numbers for both parts. Because I was at the track and could not hear anything, I asked that he immeadiately call me back and leave the numbers as a voicemail. Guess what, he never called. 3) I called back on the following Monday 7/10 and was told that the parts had infact not yet been shipped and that he, Zach again I think, would "personally" drop of the Ypipe on his way home. 4) 7/12 I actually got the tracking numbers and checked them while he was still on the phone, they had actually been shipped. I understand that people have had great experiences with TSP before and time and again, my first however, will be my last. I don't want to hear any bullshit either about me not posting sooner because I was out of town and wanted to wait until I returned to both objects on my door "today".

The last thing we want is for a customer to be misled in any way about what is going on with his order. I apologize that you were not called back about the status of your parts. We try hard to make sure the customer is kept up to date about what is going on, especially when something is back-ordered. We want our customers to be happy before and after the sale. We cannot help someone out if they do not give us any information such as a name to look the order up. PM me your info. Your y-pipe was hand-delivered to UPS after our daily pickup. We ALWAYS encourage our customers to call us if they have any problems, questions or concerns!

I'm not sure what I am PMing you about since I did receive the parts as I stated above. My main concern was the fact that I was given the run-around time after time and that it was pretty obvious that there really was NO concern for my satisfaction (and I am not difficult to please) non publicly. It is a little humorous how you "encourage" people to call you and then lie to them when they do.

Chris,

I talked to you a couple times when you called. I told you each of the two or three times we spoke on the phone that the headers would be coming direct from Pacesetter and they were out of stock. The ORY was coming from us when they arrived as they were on backorder as well. I know waiting for parts sucks but as always, we can't ship something we don't have. We probably had the tracking number for you friday 7/7 when you talked with Zach b/c we print tags on the day when ORY's and other exhaust parts are scheduled to deliver so all we have to do is box and tag orders. Our shipping guys didn't have a chance to box them up b/c the ORYs didn't arrive until late friday. On monday 7/10 your ORY was boxed up but didn't make it in time for it to go out with the rest of the packages for UPS. Zach took your ORY by the UPS Store on his way home. B/c it was so late when he left, it didn't make it on the truck monday night but left tuesday morning 7/11 from the UPS Store. I'm sorry we didn't call you back. That is our mistake. You were given the number wednesday 7/12 when Zach talked with you. I apologize that it took so long to get the parts in stock. If there was anything we could do to hurry Pacesetter or our exhaust manufacturer we would have done it. Zach didn't lie about "personally" taking your order by UPS nor did he give you the "run-around". He was simply trying to get you fixed up ASAP...
