MTI lids...
Well as many other post on this site has said about MTI not getting them their air lids within a month or TWO I have had the same bad expierience with them....I ordered a clear air lid and filter the guy told me i would get in with 4 days...after about 8 I called and talked to somebody at that crazy place and they said they were out of stock but would be there the next day in the morning...Well after this same conversion went on probably 5 times... I finally had to just cancel my order with them...So thanks MTI for sucking at customer service... If you can't get the product to the customer within a month why even advertise it and sell it????
At present, we're backordered on lids and have been for the past 3 months. Every time I talk to my supplier the date that I'm going to get new ones in stock is bumped back a few days.
While they have promised me that they'll have them to me on Tues of next week, I'm not making any promises anymore on delivery dates as I don't want to be caught in an untruth again.
If you have a pending order with us and need to cancel, I understand and will refund you immediately - all you have to do is call me.
I sincerely apologize for the delays. If we had lids, I'd send them out the same day as in addition to the great inconvenience this is causing our valued customers, this is also costing our company money on a daily basis by not having a product to sell or ship.
