ordered a QTP cutout with a stainless steel cutout for 199.99 got here in 4 days after order but without the stainless steel cutout, called them up at 5:30 PM prolly when they are getting ready to close shop and they helped me out with the problem and were very friendly with me and i am getting the difference of the stainless steel cutout back because i was having it put on tomorrow, i will update when they get the money back to me, i really appreciate it, next time im in lubbock have to check out the shop, im originally from lubbock and hopefully will get back to that area once i finish school. May have been a problem with what actually arrived but the customer service was very friendly and took care of it right away even when they were about to close, i would recommend them to anyone. not a problem jon, i was very happy with how it was taken care and the speed of it as well, the customer service was great and i wasnt on the phone for more than 5-6 minutes until it was taken care of. I will have no problem using TSP in the future for work on my car or parts.
