Nasty Performance :IN RESOLUTION
I ordered a fuel pump + BAP on Tuesday, March 5th. I was told that they were out of stock and more would be ordered. I was also informed that they would be in on Monday the morning of March 12th, and they would then get shipped out the same day. Shipping time was to be 1 day, so on Wednesday, March 14th (2 days later) I called Nasty Performance wondering where my fuel pump was. It had not shipped and I was promised it would go out the next day (Thursday). Thursday night, on March 15th, I received an email with a tracking number that did not work. On Friday, March 16th, I called Nasty Performance to ask about the tracking number and Nate said he was away from the shop and he assured me that he would call me back with the status of my order. He never called me back. So on Saturday I called the shipping company (DHL) and they told me that no packages had left from Nasty Performance bound for my address!
I am college student and I was going to spend my spring break (March 10-18) working on my car instead of having a good time with some of my friends. Not only did I get next to nothing completed on my car, b/c I needed the pump before the rear + rear suspension went back in the car, I wasted a week waiting for a part that never came. Now I am back at school with out a car and it will be at least 3-4 weeks before I get to work on my car again.
I will never buy anything from Nasty Performance b/c they don't ship when they say they will, they don't call back and they waste my time.
