Excellent Marks for Texas Speed and Performance
Excellent Marks for Texas Speed and Performance Needed a new fuel pump for one of the LT1's, ordred on the GP they had going on Walbro 225. I paid what you all did so no preferential treatment.
What impressed me:
Ordering over the phone was simple and easy on 3.12.07 after getting a busy signal a few times. Was given a confirmation number at the time from a credit card payment (didn't check for a track number, don't have time to track it).
Told them UPS ground was fine, won't have time to install right away, arrived today 3.19.07.
Invoice was on the side of the box in sealed pouch. Always look on the side of any shipping box for the invoice!
Invoice, Transaction charge record, Terms & Conditions sheets were stapled together. It lets me know what the warranty is, what it costs for restock on returns/exchanges etc.
Inside was everything needed though I will have to splice this into the LT1 considering it is going on a 1993. Jon explained that to me over the phone before ordering, installation instructions included.
That impresses me - there are no questions for an off the shelf item, it was sent ground as I requested and if I need to return or exchange the 'how to' is spelled out. So that is a thumbs up though I won't have time to get this installed for a few weeks, pretty sure that will take care of the stock pump that crapped out
