pcm for less

hey guys. this guy is a real jack ***. i have been trying to get a tune from him for several weeks. and can't seem to get anything done. i would find someone else if i could, but he has already been paid. WHAT'S THE DEAL!!!! i feel like he squared me up. got any ideas? this is what he says on his web site, it has been over 2 weeks for me.

How long will it take to program my PCM?

If you send your PCM it will only take 1-2 business days and it will be on its way back. Exchange PCM orders usually take 2-5 business days to get shipped based on availability of Core Exchange PCM's. OBD1 conversions are usually 2-5 business days as well.

Have you tried email/pm/calling to find out.
For anyone to address, you would need to post an order number or name since they wouldn't know you by a screen name.
