Where Joel from OFI??? RESOLVED
Talked to Joel yesterday, he checked and its in the hands of processing of which can take up to 30 days. This is the standard in the banking industry but he hopes you will be issued the refund much sooner.

So we went from 7 to 10 days now to 30 days????
Unbeliveable!!!!!
Sorry refund on credit don't take this long, instant to 2-3 days!!!I know. I have had several done before. Can I have the number of the merchent company. I need to know why is taking this long.
And how did you get hold of the Joel?? I been emailing and calling with no luck.

well no refund showed and its day 10. I tried calling Joel 3 times this morning looking for some answers but no luck.
Just want to know where my money is and what happening. take 10 minutes make a few calls and help your customer out. I have parts waitng on this money which was suppose to be here.
Ohio state attorney is my next move.

well, I wondering could I get an answer on what amount you Joel of OFI supposedly refunded me.. just for something here.....commucation????

Admin is now aware of this situation, we are all trying to help you get this resolved as soon as possible.
It does take up to 30 days with merchant companies though some are faster than others. Joel did say he authorized a refund when you requested though there should be *some* communication to you about the status from him.

all adds up to a $1000??HUH??? Can you post a itemized list with costs listed.
I can not even buy an 76MPS for that. and still need to buy just of rest missing parts.
Or is there more money coming???

So I can get the hot side parts for $2999 Or the whole kit for $6000 but if I order the whole kit sans the turbo its $5000?? so you want $2000 for the cold side??
Who's going to pay for the additional welding required for my kit to even work?? who????? why do other kits get fully delivered complete and not mine??
Why do I have to pay more money for my kit to even bolt on and work?? why where my compensation.
remember you sent it with few things left unwelded.
Yes I know that you offered to install for free, but then who going to pay for my cost for travel, hotel, and my lost time from work. Reason being is that I wanted and thought I was purchasing a COMPLETE "ready to bolt ON" kit back in January when I ordered. That is what I payed for.
Plus I even called you a few times to talk about filment issues that people, and you told me not to worry. Then I get a unfinished kit. Plus I told you on several times that this my first FI project.
Just so you know you would have been better off refund my full price of $6000 and I would have sent the kit back on my own dime, would left at that. With postive dealings But now I am going to go out of my way to make sure people don't buy from you ever again
