I wanted to take the time to acknowledge 2 entities that helped me tremendously this week and they cared enough to help me get my car back running at the track! It is these companies that go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of in the event of a crisis mode. (and in normal circumstances too!)

Thank you to Dave at Yank Converters: He came in to build my PT converter for me over the 4th of July holiday week, then made sure I had it by the end of the week! I am ecstatic and appreciative that Dave went above and beyond for me since I explained that I needed to be out there racing!

Thanks also to Gilbert, John and Mike at Ace Performance Transmissions in NRH, Texas: Gilbert understood the importance of getting the TA up and running again and offered to fix me up the very next day! Otherwise I had another 2 weeks to wait. So this past Saturday, (after my husband and I made a mistake and tore up the pump) they had me up and running by 3pm! Thanks guys for your help and quality workmanship!

It is hard to find good customer service these days, but when I do I feel that these guys/companies deserve some recognition. Let's hope it runs good in the upcoming weeks!

Timing is everything and yours was good! I was glad to see the problem was not any more than we expected going in, that made our work a bit easier in the long run. Glad it worked out for you guys!
