Buyer Beware - OFI RESOLVED I had this posted in the wrong forum, but now its here and still have not heard from Joel in the past 3 weeks. I ordered the 'hot parts' from Joel back on March 11 with a substantial down payment. Joel said no prob, 3-4 weeks you should have your stuff. It has now been 16+ weeks and not even a single piece of the order has shown up. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. If i could just get a refund at this point, i will find someone else to build them. Thanks for the space. Look forward to hearing from you joel.

Your stuff is coming...Call me or email me. I havent been in touch with you in the past 2 weeks. If your calling private or unkown I dont answer those sense those are almost solicitars all the time. Leave a messege if I dont get to it also.

Joel, Thanks for responding. Btw I didn't call with a blocked number, not that it matters, just wanted to let you know.
Amy, Yes i do own a business called Beyond Redline Performance LLC. I did not however seek joel out to do business to business trasactions. I came to LS1 tech to find a sponsor that built turbo headers for an LS1 Camaro. That is where i found Joel. In otherwords i called him as a normal customer buying under non discounted (Retail) terms. I did use a business check to pay him, but his parts are for use is for a personal project. Not that that is any of your business.
I also didn't see anywhere where business to business transactions on this level are any different than business to personal transactions.

I talked to you Friday, and you said you would ship the radiator out on Friday if you still had time, otherwise it would for sure leave Monday. I still don't have a tracking number on it. Could you PM or Email Me a tracking Number? How is the other stuff coming? Does it look like it will be done by Friday like you promised?

I understand you are busy trying to get a lot of orders out, but when you tell me that my radiator is done (sitting in your shop) and will ship out Friday or Monday at the latest, and you tell me yesterday (Tuesday) that it shipped today,

Not some bullsh*t excuse that a waste gate tube has to be re welded. So how is that Friday deadline looking for the headers?
