Hello,

I've been buying from Racetronix over the past few years now, great service. Ordered some injectors just over a week ago on paypal, and heard nothing back. Normally I would have had them by now. The moneys been claimed and all. Are they on vacation?

Have you tried email for an order status? Another member's order was lost, we were able to contact them right away through email and get it resolved immediately. Give it a shot and let us know - be sure to include your order number, name and order address.

Hi,

I don't quite know what to do. Ive emailed support, and sales. I get the auto responder replies but nothing. The last time I mailed was 2 business days ago. The user 'Racetronix' is visiting here.

Just some confirmation would be nice, they were paid for on the 12th and the payment was completed and thats all I have heard. I want to order some more next week too.

In the future please e-mail us what you want to order and we will send you a e-invoice for the correct amount. We can not have customers generating their own invoices and payments as we have no way to reconcile the transaction. There are also minor adjustments made to shipping costs due to fuel surcharges.
