When i bought my 02 WS6 the gear selector would never stay in 5th gear when you let out on the clutch. Usually it would grind a little and pop out very violently. Also every now and again it would pop out of 3rd and 4th gear. When downshifting at a stop sign to first and second it would make a mechanical rubbing noise and when the rpms dropped enough it would finally go into gear.
The car had a extended factory warranty on it when i bought it i just had to wait for it to be transfered into my name. 5 months later it is transfered into my name and i actually have a week off to get it fixed.
The only catch is i had to have the car back by saturday to drive back to FT. Campbell as im being deployed for the second time in a few weeks. The dealership could get the parts by friday afternoon and therefore could not have the car done by my deadline.
ENTER SixSpeedsINC. They were able to give me a very general idea of what i needed for the transmission over the phone and overnight it to my house TONIGHT! I bought all the parts that they thought could be causing the problem. Whatever parst i dont need i could ship back and be given a full refund. Parts should be here tomarrow before 3pm.
The dealership gave me a general outline of what will have to be done and its looking like i will be able to get back in time.
I would like to thank Amber at SSI for her awesome customer service and her willingness to help out a soldier in need. THANKS! cant wait to feel a T56 that works perfectly haha

Hells yeah do0d! I went thru them when they were T56 Rebuilds and I'd recomend them to ANYONE!! 
A year later and I'm still 110% Satisfied w/ my rebuild.. . (WOW! Has it been that long?!)

Yea, Amber is great! She helped me out even with something as small as a shifter isolator cup. She knows her stuff and is definitely a pleasure doing business with!
