When you placed the order you were asked if you read and agreed to our policies, also read a notice saying that submitting an order is a binding transaction. Unfortunately even though you did not receive anything it still cost us money to process the order to the point that we did. Credit card fees and the cost of an employee processing it. I spoke with the rep you talked to and I made it clear to him to make sure that all your options are given to you. If you want a Magnaflow, Hooker, or whatever ..... I'll gladly change it at no cost. If you even want to keep the credit open and think about it I'll apply 100% of it to any part we sell. Not only that - but anything shipped from here is just a day away and shipped for free (see
site for details).
I urge everyone to review our policies. We try to keep them fair for everyone.

Now to level with you, if you could see it from our side. We get an order. We process it later on that day we get a call to cancel it. We spent time to process it, we have a credit card fee that is not refunded to us that we just paid as well. If you look at it from our side, we got 'kicked in the nuts' as well. And you hit the nail on the head - "Just make sure you've made up your mind 100% before you order." That is key right there.
EDIT: Just one note I left out. If it was canceled with in an hour or so of placing it there is a good chance we can catch it before its processed. If that is the case we do NOT charge the 5% fee.
