Thumbs down Stenod Performance Sucks!!!!

ive been trying to order a joe van o hood and prostock style wing for my trans am from them. being as they r the only people that sells joe van o parts. but how do u run a business when u never answer the phone and when u call the recording says contact thru email. well **** ive been emailing them for 3 weeks and they dont respond to that either. i hope joe van o doesnt think they r going to sell much of his stuff when they never return anyones emails or phone calls. anyone know how else i can get this stuff? a number to joe van o or maybe the owner of stenod so i can call him direct? let me know thanks curtis

I am sure Joe and the guys over @ Stenod are very busy prepping cars for the LSX Shootout. I am sure they will respond and get you taken care of ASAP, I personally know it is NOT a regular practice of them to not return calls.
Is it possible your emails went to a spam folder? What are you putting for a subject heading? Just a thought.
Also maybe try and PM one of th guys on here, I am sure they will be able to help ya.

Joe I believe has been out all week and on top of that have the LSX shootout keeping them busy. He normally is very good about returning phone calls so hang in there.....

yea but i havent been calling just last week its been like 2months almost. and ive pmed them also and no returns. i wanted a wing and hood and see if they would bring it to the shootout thats why i been trying the last 2 months. i know im not going to get it in time now. oh well maybe someone will have 1 at the shootout for sale.is it true thy r also having a swap meet at the shootout in memphis? if so how can i find more on it? also if anyone gets up with the guys at stenod give them my # 803 707 4780 or mikesmachineshop@bellsouth.net thanks curtis

Joe (owner) got married this month. He's been gone on his honeymoon for the last 2 weeks. I know things were pretty crazy at the beginning of the month getting ready, with family, rehearsal, etc i'm sure he didn't spend his normal time at the shop. I know, I was in the wedding and had to be all the same places.

AFAIK, the machine says they are closed until the end of the month.

He's back later this week.

no it didnt say that when i called. plus i havent been calling just last couple weeks ive been calling almost 2 months now. and leaving email and he still hasnt returned my calls or email

Hmm, just called the shop myself. Message says just that, closed until sept 30. No one has been there for 2 weeks, so in know it's been like that for atleast that long.

Any communication you've tried in the last 3 weeks will have to be handled next week. There is simply no one there to do anything about it right now. Don't know what else to tell you, but that's why the machine says they are closed.
