OFI - Very Dissatisfied - RESOLVED
Apparently, the kit has been completed since the end of Aug, but Joel is too busy to ship it. Remember, I PAID FOR THIS IN JUNE. The latest communication (PM) was last Tues, 10/9/07, which once again, Joel said he would ship my kit (that day) and provide me tracking numbers. I PM'd Joel everyday last week asking for tracking numbers - NOTHING. No tracking numbers, No kit.
I think I have been very patient and have given Joel every opportunity to come through. I understand that there are dependencies on other vendors that can delay a product. I have no problem with that. However, there is NO EXCUSE for not shipping a completed product when it has been pre-paid.
I will give Joel a few more days to hold up his end of the deal. Then I will regretfully have no choice other than to take the necessary steps for a full refund. If I have to involve a lawyer, it will also include interest and damages. I have a business to run also.
