Are you having difficulty reaching SDPC? Can you provide any dates or details since it doesn't make much sense with your post.

Let me remind you Kris that we have been getting ready for the PRI show and counted our 2007 physical inventory this week. It has been hectic. Brian told you that I would call you on Monday. We have just finished counting and it is Sunday afternoon.
Please remember that this was NOT a bad engine and you already have the NEW replacement engine in the customers car and it is running with no problems whatsoever. We have done everything you have asked us to do and have sumbitted paperwork for the labor charges. I will call you Monday as soon as I arrive in Orlando. You are asking for 22 hours labor and GM calls for 12.8 hours. I am working on an overide for this! I have not forgotten about you by any means, please hang with me Kris!

Wow! We received two engines this year from another sponsor on here when we were too swamped to build these two engines ourselves. We asked our customers if this would be okay to do ahead of time. These two engines had cranks that we don't normally use, and the reluctor rings turned out to be bent enough to where they would not be read. We had a boatload of hours in the first engine trying to figure out why the engine was barely running. Once we knew what the problem was, out came the engine. We had a go/no go gauge machined and we straightened out the rings ourselves. Luckily the second engine was still on an engine stand, although the pan was on, etc.
We never got compensated in the least for these two engines, in fact we have not heard back from them.

If I ever need an outside source for engines again, I'll look into SDPC! Bob

SDPC has some of the best customer service in the business. We use them for all of our shortblocks. Having a problem with something is normal in this business. having someone willing to correct their problem and stand behind their product isnt... SDPC for being one of the few who do

It is good to see other sponsors backing up SDPC as they are top notch.
