Thunder Racing: RESOLVED
Got the plugs. Like 5 days later got the cam and other stuff. I checked the tracking numbers, and the first order went out 5 days after the second. I opened the oil pump box, and it was all corroded and full of yuck. I called and complained. They refunded my shipping on second order, mailed a different pump out that I paid for. They will credit my card when they get it back. Fine.
Another week, no pulley. I call, and oops, my order stuck to another and my pulley will be here in a few days. Uh, how bought overnight shipping to make up for it???????????
I got the pulley. THUNDER RACING ORDERED THE WRONG ONE!!!! Oh, and supposedly they have not got my oil pump back yet. I mailed it out almost 2 weeks ago. Even with Christmas, it should be there.
I just want my stuff that I ordered, my refund, this all done overnight so I can get my damn car running again, and I will not be doing business with them again.
Should have gone out today 2nd day, so either saturday or Monday. grrrrrr Next day would have been nice to try to make up for it....
Seems they did that right away and tried to offer a remedy and the correct one is on its way.
Thank you for checking into this. I will PM you my demos so if you care to call again. I owe you for that! Proves hoe reputable your sites references are for us!!!!
I am still waiting for them to refund my money for the oil pump I sent back.............

I read this on another post from an employee of Thunder Racing. Is this the attitude given on a public forum????? I called and emailed and left messages, and no one returned my calls unless I called and spoke to a human. I am not perfect, but....

I am sorry for the comedy of errors which have occured surrounding your order. I am the shop manager here at Thunder and am the person you spoke to regarding the Melling oil pump. I speak with dozens of customers daily but I remembered you because we spoke extensively about LS1 oiling system issues. Hopefully you remember me from our conversation and if you do I think you will agree (at least from your experience with me) that I take great care in helping each and every customer I work with.
I have just personally credited your CC for the full amount of the Thunder Racing Ported LS6 pump you orginally purchased. I have been totally out of the loop concerning the situation but came across this thread today and recognized you from from our converstion. I want you to know that I care deeply about the satifaction of each and every one of our customers and hope that if there is anything else I can do to make this situation right please let me know.

Thank you for the phone call. I appreciate your honesty. This was an unfortunate circumstance from the beginning. I have ordered from your company in the past, and have never had anything but a great experience. If I ever need anything from you again, I will take you up on your offer and call you.
