Paging scott from DLS again: RESOLVED Back in november of 07 I purchased a 9" center section from scott. Id say a month went by and nothing came in so i gave scott a call. It took me awhile to get a hold of him until he finally left me a message back saying that a wrong spool was ordered. feeling assured by scott i sat tight and waited. Another month has gone by now and no center section. Ive tried to get ahold of scott, left him a message but still nothing. Im just wondering if anyone knows anything about scott? last i heard he had a family emergency. When you get a hold of scott hes quite helpful and knowledgable. "when".

The center section was shipped thru Fedex ground services and was lost. This is the second time this has happened to me in the last 2 years of shipping thru them. I am currently waiting for Fedex to refund me so I can build you up a new one. If you prefer I can send you a refund in check form if you prefer.
when do you think you can build a new one and have it out here? I need the center section to start doing test runs and configurations on my suspension. by the way do you have the tracking number still?

I actually asked him when he could build me a new one and have it out here. I never said go ahead and ship me one when should i expect it. I wana see how long this whole thing is going to take. On top of that if i asked him to make me one he should have confirmed something with me.
You didn't say to order another one or refund you - my guess is Scott is waiting on you to say either way.

Send him an email and PM as to what you want either way: a refund or center section. He has to wait for friggin FedEx too.

I'll put a stop payment on that check since it hasn't cleared my account and send one by Fedex letter. Sorry for the inconvience and not contacting you sooner, I just got back from a 7 day skiing trip in Colorado.

im gettin fustrated really now. it seems theres always something. ive pretty much had enough of the run around. i can say at this time that ive been ripped off by scott. I spent $1500 and have nothing to show for it. Im so f*$!*& pissed.

I just dont get how ls1tech can let scott still post and sell products when he hasnt even resolved his problems? What pisses me off is that scott doesnt even tell me ****, not one call not a message, nothing. its like if i didnt say a daym thing he would just have took my money. Thats some f up service. I cant even get a tracking number for my "refund" thats suppose to be on its way. All i get is bull **** excuses every mother ****** time. im tired of getting the run around. All i want is my daym refund for the money i spent on the center section i was suppose to get last year. All my car does is pick up ****** dust and dirt.
Customer Service issues between you and a sponsor are not responsibilities of LS1Tech to track, maintain, work to fix, etc. You alone are responsible for all of the above, as well as researching the company you do business with. That is the bottom line.
