Question Afterthoughts Auto

Has anyone dealt with them recently? I' ve bought from them in the past, and had no problems, nor would I say I' m having a problem as of right now. It's just that something weird is going on. I placed an order a couple days ago, and I received the link to view my order status. I pull it up, and it shows me a receipt of what I ordered. When I click the link to "view all orders" it sends me to a Yahoo site. I figured out what part of the problem is, my girlfriend Yahoo account is still logged in, and doesn' t seem to want to log out. I log her out, and log myself in, then I' m completely in the wrong place to find any order status. WTF??

Hello. Sorry the order confirmation is acting weird. When you clicked on the link to view all orders it is looking to see if you shopped online with your Yahoo ID at any other stores, and if so, it will show you a list of all orders with all stores. I wish we could remove that "show all orders" link because it doesn't provide any information about your order with us. If you clicked the order status link in your confirmation email that is the only status screen you need to look at. It will show your items and note if they have shipped (with a tracking number if available), not shipped or an estimate of shipping time.

You can PM or email me with your order number and I'll be glad to look it up for you and see what is going on with it.

I just replied to your e-mail about this issue, but I think it has something to do with Yahoo' s website, not your stores. Thank you for your help I hope you can get those wiper blades for me soon, mine are in bad shape right now.

Can you tell me if my payment has been accepted yet?

Hello. We won't charge your card until we ship. I'm checking on the PIAA restocking today and will let you know if there will be a longer delay. Thanks.
