Hell!! I hate doing this, really!! You have no idea, but after being ignored a lot of time, and not even been able to get in touch with you on the phone, and getting those silly "will see next week", well, I think that it is enough.

Well, checking on my AMEX status account, I saw that I paid you on December 13th 2007. I paid you for a Procharger D1-SC kit (head unit, intercoolers, balancer, pinning kit, injectors and custom tune up )and a Spec Stage 3 clutch kit, oil pump, timing chain, seals and gaskets.

After time (40 days after payment), I got the head unit , intercoolers, houses, oil pump, timing chain, seals and gaskets. The funny part is that in the package sent was not the ATI super balancer (with pinning kit) nor the injectors!!!! Those 2 parts, well, lets say that are still missing, and no idea when this guy (ED) is going to send it to me.

Later, after one month of receiving the SC, I got the clutch, which was really tuff to get, manyyyyy chats for it!! I can not believe it, 75 days for a clutch kit!! BTW, the clutch kit was the wrong one, they send me a Stage 2 instead of a Stage 3 plus, which is cheaper!! Nice deal ainīt it!??

Well, I am complaining mostly about the ATI super balancer, pinning kit and injectors!! About the tune up, I am tired of calling, if he does not want to send it, lets say it is lost But about the rest of the stuff missing, well, I really need them. I have to mention, that I have been calling him already 2 months.

In 10 more days the 4 months goal is going to be achieved!!! I have also to mention that I have not been able to speak with Ed, I always speak with one of his employees, Rick. That poor guys has to be telling me a lot of " Really sorry, I told Ed about your problem, but he does not tell me a thing"

I am tired, mad and frustrated!! I live in Mexico City!! My situation is even worse byt living in a foreing country! I thought I was dealing with a responsable shop.

FORUM, what can I do!?! This guy probably is not going to send my package after seeing this post!! With who can I complain???? What can I do? I live in another country, so is tuffer to do something :help:
I even send him a last e-mail 2 days ago, with a "that is enough", and he did not care. I have been calling also every 3 days, and now I understood that this guys is not going to send my stuff

ED, be responsable!! I did not want to post this, because is not be ethical to flame someone in public!! But if you did not care a thing about my problem, this is all I can do.

If you are not going to send the rest of my stuff, which in retail price is about $900, tell me! That is all! But do not ignore me

Again, I feel bad about posting this, sorry! But now, lets hope we can find a way to solve this problem. Of course, if you want!!

 

I remember this situation - let me see if I can get ahold of Ed and find out what is the final word on this. It could be he shipped the rest out and its sitting at customs.

 

Lets back up a bit - the balancer was on backorder and the injectors were there but to save money on shipping out of country, you did say you wanted both at the same time.
Both shipped out at the same time - Rick will try to get me a tracking number as soon as he can but they are also busy with builds as well.

Please, hang in there because that package is going to sit at customs too, there is just no way around that.

This is ridiculous, you know full well that you have added things, and I have had to supply things that you did not originally order in December. Some of which have come out of my own pocket. Regardless of the situation, if this is what you feel needs to be done, go right ahead. I feel that if you speak with one of my employees, and you are given the latest update, then there is not much else I can say to you, so I can't justify stopping work on another customers job, to tell you the same thing you have already been told(average 15-20 min call everytime we speak) Every time you contact us, someone speaks with you, and I have spent several long conversations on the phone with you personally.

replacement ECM with programming(that you were not charged for)
new 60 lb injectors (you paid for)
balancer pin kit (no charge, should have been in your kit)
8 rib ATI balancer(you were not charged for)

The rest of your parts are sitting in a box, and when the last piece arrives on Monday, we will put it in the box and ship to you the same day. Via DHL (no shipping charge per our original agreement) we'll post the tracking info here Monday as soon as it ships, or if it makes you happy, I can create the shipping label and provide a tracking number now, for Monday pickup.

Ok, you think it is ridiculous, well bud, funny thing, I think the same.

About the balancer, and you having to paid for it!??? Well, I thought we talked about it, a few months ago, so I will not discuss this and make discussion longer, but you are not totally right.

About information from your people!! MANNNN, never had such thing from you nor your people, that is why, I had to type all of the above !! Do not come by with "you were infomed" because that really pisses me off. I had some info, really ridiculous, but I will not mention that also, because do not want to upset things even more.

I only want to finish with this problem.

BTW, not a single part is going to sit at customs, everything is sent to an North American address!! I have a friend that charges me to bring that stuff to Mexico!! Quite expensive, so I have been paying extra money for every package I get, which could had been better to get all at once, but you know all the story.

Wait - you better make sure LMS is still shipping to the US address, they were under the impression from a conversation about the balancer and injectors you wanted those sent to Mexico City because of the back order status.
Did you change that with them in the last 3 days? If not they will be shipped to the out of country address - shoot them an email for proof you requested they be sent to a USA address for shipping.

Either way is ok!! I have no problem by receiving the stuff on USA or Mexican ground, as long as it ships out from the origin point!

They have it on file to ship to Mexico City address, if it gets held up in customs at that point there will be no additonal posts on why it is taking so long. There is nothing that can be done at that point to get it faster of course.

This will be fine since we are paying the freight, it will be cheaper for us.
I don't know if BYUNSPEED contacted you or not, but the balancer showed up here yesterday, and it was a Corvette unit. Young said that he would ship the replacement directly to the US address, if you didn't get this information, let Rick or myself know.

Rudy, you can type or say anything you want, but the bottom line is, that I provided you a written quote with everything that we agreed on, and prices before you spent a single dime. After the fact, you argued, and said I was supposed to include more things, and you didn't want to have to go to the internet, and complain, so I agreed to send you what you wanted to make you happy. Guess what, you're not happy, and complaining on the internet anyway! Anyone reading can see this for what it really is, Internet extortion.
