Props to Texas Speed
Props to Texas Speed I was just reading a thread where someone "oso vega" was bashing texas speed, calling Brian a moron, id just like to share my experience. Im not the smartest when it comes to installing the parts, and in the last year ive ordered nearly $6,000.00 in parts from Texas Speed, Brian and Jon are stand up guys. Jon has stayed on the phone with me a couple times after business hours to discuss my parts orders, has paid for shipping when parts werent going to be on time. Brian has always had my order with everything i needed, i think its time we stop bashing, and understand as humans, that EVERYONE makes a mistake now and again, Texas Speed are good people in my book!
Thanks for the kind words man! We definitely work to have the best customer service in the industry. We always go out of our way to do whatever we can to help customers where we can. However, from time to time we will make mistakes just like everyone else. I think the most sponsors here will tell you the internet crowd is like no other kind of retail sales. We have been slammed for all kinds of customer errors, having BETTER pricing than other suppliers, the kind of packing material we use, and the list goes on and on. We work hard to prevent and fix problems as fast as we can all costs aside. We always welcome customers input on ways to improve the way we do things. I will say, that is the one good thing about this section...
