Kudos to New Era!! I have been having fueling problems with my car, so I replaced the lines and regulator and that didn't do it, so I ordered 2 new pumps last Friday (5-30). They were supposed to be here yesterday (Thursday 6/5), but only one showed up. I was supposed to be attending a car club function this Saturday, and I can not make it without both pumps. So I sent New Era an e-mail last night explaining my situation. The reply I got back shocked me! They are going to send me one overnight right away. This shocked me because this business actually did do the right thing. So many companies now days totally toss customer service out the window. It is nice to know there are still some companies out there who are willing to step up and fix their mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is how you handle them that defines you. And how New Era handled this small glitch earns them a reputation for a long term customer oriented organization. Thanks again New Era for stepping up to the plate for me!
