I accidentally placed the same order twice, once on the 11th and once on the 17th. I thought I hadn't ordered it the first time. THey took care of that with relative ease.
Also, they informed me by e-mail that 2 of my items were not available to ship. They split my order and shipped what they had and are sending it out first.
Lastly, they hadn't shipped anything so the DID NOT CHARGE my card yet. That's kinda nice, I hate it when you get charged right away and someone has your money but you dont have your new toys.
