Post Bmr

So my first go-round was with Summit and they sent me a single spring when I ordered their Eibach 1.2" drop front springs. Not only that but as it turns out their site is wrong and it was a rear, not even a front!
After losing lift time last weekend I gave BMR a shot. They gave me $5.00 off the front 1" drop spring set (guess I missed the 15% special here and couldn't get it) and I wanted black springs like the Eibachs. Well it is is $10.00 charge for for black powdercoating. So I paid and even called back a second time to same guy just to confirm all is set black 1" drop kit for the front. Tracker was sent and it was supposed to be on my step today. I scheduled the lift for tomorrow at 1:00 and to make my day almost complete they were on the step. I opened the box and didn't go any more into it as they are a nice shade of red WTF!! So now I have to do a second return of springs in less than two weeks. Since I spoke to the guy not once but twice at BMR to confirm my order that guy should be fired. So now I have to book the lift hopefully next weekend and wait again. This car and getting stuff from vendors has been a curse

So they got the charges right and the invoice even says black hammertone but the springs are bright red. Thanks a bunch Dennis at BMR

That truly sucks for you! It could of been mixed up in the shipping & receiving department, accidents do happen. I do a lot of business with a lot of manufacturers, and problems like this are extremely rare. Bob

Sorry about the mixup on your order. As you stated the sales order was correct it just was not pulled correctly in shipping. As Dennis mentioned to you this morning on the phone we are E-mailing a return label for the incorrect parts now and will have the correct ones shipped out today. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.......

I thought a $20 credit back would have been a nice gesture since now I have to lay out for packaging tape, gas to and from UPS (if it isn't a call tag?) and an hour out of my day. But that's just me.
