13.6 at 102 mph is the best, but high 13s or low 14s are normal stock. usually 18 mpg is the norm for city and i get around 29 on the highway.
Here's my 07 Monte. I love the car! Of course, it's really close to my 2000, in size, interior etc. , but FASTER!! Not much rattles expected from a low mileage Monte, so all I have are good things to say.

Have a 2007 Impala SS in black.
I like the car, plenty of power, sounds good out the *** end, came fully equipped for cheap. Decent launches when you get used to it.
I don't like how big it is, the blind spots (worse than the 2000 Buick Regal LS that preceded it, I feel the side mirrors aren't big enough and the A pillars block too much of the front view) and some of the dead spots in acceleration (punching it in the 35-45 mph range sometimes leads to bogging down), exhaust could also be louder from the factory but then again its a 4 door family sedan with a big *** engine shoehorned in under the hood. Also excess unwanted tire spin and torque management when trying to make quick turns.
