2.5" Summit cutout with NO cap. How's $10+shipping? Brand new, just received it today. I lost my cap and needed a replacement. A e-cutout plate will bolt right up to it.

Hmm I've never had to ship anything out of the country, so I wouldn't know how that would go nor if it would be worth the total cost for you. If I get a chance I'll swing by a FedEx/UPS store today.
