Car is going into the shop... I was eating at a place in Fairview Heights, Illinois on 1/13 and when I came out and opened my doors everything in my glove box and center console was scattered all over the place. It took a minute to register what had happen. SOME LOW LIFE broke into my car!
I was confused that night as to how they got in because a window wasn't broken out and I was positive that the car was locked. The next day I was leaving work and saw some paint chipping right below it. I though it was another door ding, but after I took a closer look, I found the key lock was ripped out and there was some pain chipping and a dent.
Got an estimate of $1100 in damage, plus a $250 IPod that isn't covered under my insurance claim. The best part was, I was out to eat on my birthday. It was the most expensive birthday I have ever had.
oh, they also stole a scratch off lottery ticket that I won $2 on too.

go to royal coach in bartlett. they are the best, i work there and we fix what others screw up alot. we did my car there. i have pics of it on this forum somewhere. im still learing it. but otherwise sorry for you losses, damn them for taking the lotto ticket
