When I use my aux jack with my phone, the sound is too quiet causing me to crank the volume up on the radio very high, almost to the max. Anyone else have this problem? I have tried this on 2 phones. Maybe I have a bad cable? As far as I know the aux jack is kinda useless if I have to crank it up so high. Yeah my phone's volume is maxxed out too. Using an LG.

Hell yeah, I have the same problem, and I hate it. I'll be bringing this up next time I'm at the dealer. Do you have the Bose system? Wait, you probably don't b/c I think the MCs didn't get the Bose.
Anyway, I know this isn't right b/c I plugged my iPod into my wife's car ('08 Aura) and w/just a few bars on the volume, the thing was crankin'.

didn't get it though, cuz read around the forums they were crap, hissing and stuff, volume issues, etc...
the standard with mp3 and cd changer is good enough for me...

I didn't think the Bose was ever an option for the Monte. There was however an option for the 8 speaker amplified premium sound system that I have in my car also comes with the aux input jack in the faceplate. But I don't know about the Bose.

Well I used to have an LG8700 that that did not have a dedicated pre out. I had to use an adaptor on the I/O port this Voyager that I have now has a dedicated headphone jack, granted its the small size, maybe I need to be using that???....Car is gonig in on thursday for more crap. I'll tell them then... Yeah I have the High End 8 speaker system. Montes did not get a Bose setup.
