Default Cheap Exhaust

I talked to a guy today it was like 320 for mufflers, tips, and resonator delete. I found an option at auto zone.here is the part list
2: 18" long 2 1/2" pipes. $8 dollars a piece. 4: 2 1/2" heavy duty exhaust clamps...$3 dollars a piece. 2: ghetto exhaust tips $10 a piece. or 2 nicer tips $25 a piece. Total price= $78 Should be plent loud lol. Just worred to loud for a daily driver. Totally eliminate mufflers keeps resonator/ cats for sound supression

Panther, IMO you would be much happier if you were to spend the extra 200 dollars and get a set of flowmaster super 44's off performancepeddler.com, dna tips off carparts.com, and then have the res deleted with install of new stuff. All together it would cost 300 dollars total man. I highly doubt you will be happy with the tone of the exhaust without mufflers on it. Yes, it will be loud, but I doubt it will sound crisp and low, it will be hollow and tinny. Again, this is my opinion after hearing a few cars with similar things done. Either way, the exhaust system is by far the best "feel good" mod for this car. Happiness every day you start it up man

Cutout $30, install $50? Then when I need to lug around family or whenever I need it quiet I just cap it up and its dead stock quiet

Oh and personally I don't think it's too loud for a daily driver, when I had my Hogan catless downpipe installed I would say it was too loud for a DD though. I'll be putting the hogan DP back on when I get a e-cutout plate along with a k&n intake so I can get her tuned.

i paid 94$ for two glasspacks welded and all, and they sound surprisingly good.. i figured they were going to be really loud but there actually quieter than 44's and have a really deep rumble
