Question on Brake Pulsation

Question on Brake Pulsation The brakes are pulsating on my '08 Impala SS. How can I tell if is it the front or the back brakes? Before I get the car up and take a look I thought I'd ask which is the most common to pulsate.
Next question, does everyone just put new pads and rotors on from Autozone or do they go for genuine GM stuff.

In general it would be your front brakes as they do the most work. Personally i havent done brakes yet, but i would stay away from the DuraCrap Pads at autozone. rotors fine. pads get someting better. Alot of people have went with Hawk or EBC.. There is one or 2 pads people have went with.

I just ordered a set of Hawk ceramics and Raybestos rotors. I tell people to stay away from Autozone pads. I tried them once and were junk. Other people have put them on and say they're rough and noisy. Their rotors are fine though.

Turbo - vibration in the steering wheel = front; vibration in your seat = rear
Warpage of the fronts is super common in these cars; rears will go 2 to 1 on pad changes. I feel the factory rotors have sucked for at least the past 15 or so years, so I go aftermarket.
I've good luck w/ the premium NAPA stuff, but last time we did a W-Body it was still $450.

lol, 30 minutes isn't far at all. I'm going to drive 30 minutes just NOT to take mine to the two that are closer, I've been in service twice, and it's been returned three times for those two services.
