Hey guys whats up. Ive been looking around the forum for a bit and decided to finally join. Im from central jersey ive got a 06 monte ss with the usual diablo tune,magnaflow catback and a k&n cai. Ive also got a 406 1980 monte. its an addiction. Anyhow Ive got a question for the monte guys that put in the impala headrests. Did you guys take the seatbelt bracket off the monte headrests or did you just put them in without? anyway any help would be appreciated.

What kinda 1/4 mile times / power numbers you getting from that monster?

 

We havent ran it down the track yet. its making around 425/480 hp/tq on the motor.right now were looking to go 12.6 12.8 if it hooks on a set of cheaters and doesnt blow the rear up. next on the list is a 9 inch rear for it and a nitrous set up.

 

love the 80. reminds me of training day, minus the hydrolics and wire wheels.

I took the seatbelt guides off and put them on the Impala SS headrests.

The stock Monte headrests definitely have a nicer look on the seat, but come on, you have to have the SS embroidery!
