they will work, but if you want to rev to 6500 (which I believe is mostly useless as you will probably run out of cam well before then), I would strongly suggest you install new valve springs. I have seen maybe half a dozen dyno plots on the LS4 and it looks to me like the stockers start floating around 5500. And if you are going with new springs, might as well pop for new valve seals as you have done 98% of the work of replacing them anyway. Also I have had the valve covers off at least 5 times and nary a leak. Since it is not that tough to pull and replace them, you could try saving a few bucks and simply reuse existing. Not sure what tune you have on it, but make sure you raise the RPM cut-off to a few hundred RPM higher than you intend to have it start the shift.

You are going with basically the same package I did with mine (PAC springs, cc rods, h/s rockers) and i've been pleased with the results. I still need to update my tune to take full advantage of the changes but the swap was a good investment because you can feel a difference. As far as seals go, I only replaced the intakes because when I dropped a valve i messed one up when i was trying to get it back so i just went ahead and replaced them all because i had to buy a complete set....but replacing them all is not a bad idea since its a super easy to do. Also i did not need new valve cover gaskets when i did mine.

You're gunna want hardened push rods. intense racing sells some oil restricting ones, but I just used comp cams 7955-16.
texas speed might have a kit.
