I havnet used it on a car with Dex-cool. it has worked great on car with the green stuff.
Should help the car recover after hard runs, cool down quicker. Redline makes good stuff

I bought some today and used it. It states right on the bottle that it is made for ALL types of coolant. It stresses this...

It also says that is is good for all kinds of metals including aluminum. I have used it in the past with Dex-Cool with absolutely no problems. What I bought was Watter Wetter by RedLine.
