Ideally 1.8's but I got a damn good deal on 1.85's I just couldn't pass up. I am also going with the oil resticted moly pushrods too just to be on the safe side. We shall see.

Why would we want to use Oil restricted push rods.

Stock rocker arms have a flat piece and needs to something "lubed" to prevent the tips from rubbing down.

Upgraded roller rocker arms have a roller where the flat piece would be, therefore you do not need as much oil as you would normal ones.

This is the only thought I have on that.

The smaller oil metering works to keep the lifter 'pumped up', and allows the engine to operate at higher speeds with less chance of a failure. These are the best choice for customers with any sort of power adder and/or full roller rocker arms.

Good tips because this is my next mod, but $400 for rocker arms just seems crazy to me. But then again, except for the downpipe, everything has been expensive for this beast, but it's worth every penny because I love getting behind the wheel of this bad boy every day.

Well I'm not at sea-level either... I'm about 6 - 8 feet above it, so I don't get to experiance "full" power either, lol

Do you guys think the SLP 1.85 rocker arms would be a good fit or look for something better in a 1.8?

If you want the most out of your engine you need to change the valve springs when changing lift. You will be surprised how the tune in the computer will change. You crank the valve open more, more often than not you'll bounce the valve on the way closed, or it just won't follow the profile correctly due to improper tension. Not for nothing the stock springs aren't strong at all. Also keep in mind these are things you will not notice, but the computer will. You do one you should do the other. 2.5 cents.

Can't help you with the LS4 cam specs but the LS2 cam is the same as the one that came in the 01 Z06.
