Default Check Engine Light.... Automatic Starter?
Just wondering if my Car starter not working would cause my check engine light to come on. My check engine light came on yesterday and today i noticed my starter wasn't working.

My change engine oil soon reminder is coming up too, could that be another reason?
The car is a 2006 Impala SS w/ 42,100 Miles

It is the other way around. If the check engine light is on the remote start wont work. Read the codes and fix that first.

Most auto parts stores will read codes for free. And some shops.

mines went down because my hogan down pipe it probably has to do somethin with ur emissions thats why mines didnt or doesnt work now

Get an HP Tuner, figure out what error code you are throwing and tune it out. Problem solved....I love you HP Tuner....and Hogan Downpipe.....
