CAI Problems?
CAI Problems? A few months ago I bought a package that included my ram air hood and my cai. Since i installed my cai i've had problems with it. Whenever i hit the throttle a little over normal acceleration my car shuts off and then turns on within a sec or two. It also does this when i hit a speed bump or just bump in the road. Any ideas anyone? 
Took it to the deal and they said it was shutting off due to air bypassing the MAF. I dont think thats possible i've tightened everything.. =/

Yep you were right, never noticed the aluminum box rubbing up against it, it was getting pretty bad. Wasn't sure on how to fix it at first. I ended up using a hammer to just bend the area of the box that was hitting the starter. Thanks Stealth. 
I've heard it acouple times over the years now. It seems not one LS4 or CAI intake is made the same.. I have a lot of room between my box and starter and then lots have the same problem as you
