Dead battery or fudged Theft System...
So I own a 2006 Pontiac GP GXP. Car has been working with no problems. Take day off, go to head out and the car won't start.
Problem is, I have no idea if its the battery, or something else. The remote doesn't work, doors wont lock or open. Open the door to get in, overhead lights don't turn on. Put key in ignition and get a message that the starter is disabled...
Not sure what the problem is...I checked the fuses and everything looks fine. I am able to click the lights on in the car...though its rather weak, turn windshield wipers on...and the dash does its cycle when you turn to crank the car...but no starter action...
So my question: Is my battery dead? or does the anti-theft system needs to be reprogrammed...
I'm **** out of luck since no one is open to even service the car at a GM dealer...
I need help!
