Aftermarket Hoods for the 06+ Imp I know there is the one Ram Air hood for $1000 +/- are there others? Looking for something different do when I bring my car in the shop to have the bumpers touched up. I just refuse to pay 1K for a hood, when I can have them add a scoop that look similar for a whole lot less. I really wish there was more options for this car.

Yes the MPD is the only one I have found. It's 850 +/- plus 100 +/- for the louvers plus 200 +/- for the CAI/Ram Air +/- 200 shipping and crating. Just crazy.

I got the hood and CAI set. When i first saw the hood i had to have it. I personally didnt care of the cost. I think that it give the imp an aggressive look IMO. Not only that i feel that they work great together. I dont regret it at all. The shipping is steep if you have it sent to your house, but if you pick it up from your local freight comp that is going to deliver you can save about $80 if i remember correctly.
