You know how detroit is very small and word get around, i do a little racing here and there but im not a big wig by far but its more then likely we got some mutual people we know and they was trying to get a race between us going lol but once again sweet ride and hope to hook up with you sometime next summer.

i always try and bite my tongue on these matters, but all honesty ive said it before and ill say it again everyone always has a comment on ppls driving and vids that are posted in here, but if you dont like it then dont watch it and dont comment on it. if the roads blocked off and what not the point was to drive like a psycho and put on a show. and the whole back and forth on this whole vid is pointless. i would be pissed too if some one called me stupid and what not especially on a forum, about a vid, i didnt even post. i think he has all the right in the world to comment back.

I was just reading over your Car specs. and realized that you have done the same conversion I have had the task of doing too. The 1st time out we built a 1994 up with a 1999 & the second Im currently working on right now, its a 1998 V6 upgrading it to a---, Ill just say of course an ls series motor. Congrats to ya cuz alot of guys dont want to deal with all that work. Like you said! your car may be a clone or wtfever!, but you not makin em look bad! Looks down right mean!

Would you say this was a difficult conversion with a lot of fabrication work, or did you manage to locate some existing parts that worked?
I would love to do this, but if it's gonna cost me $20k, Ill have to just dream.

Yea that would be my dream car. I imagine the core of that swap is an adaptor plate to compensate for the different bellhousings & flywheel spacer, swap the front accessories out. I would definitely run true dual exhaust on that thing! Thats one hell of a good idea for the fwd Montes too. A car with a 6.0 would probably be able to blow the tires off @ 40-50mph.!!
