Would you say this was a difficult conversion with a lot of fabrication work, or did you manage to locate some existing parts that worked?
I would love to do this, but if it's gonna cost me $20k, Ill have to just dream.

Yea that would be my dream car. I imagine the core of that swap is an adaptor plate to compensate for the different bellhousings & flywheel spacer, swap the front accessories out. I would definitely run true dual exhaust on that thing! Thats one hell of a good idea for the fwd Montes too. A car with a 6.0 would probably be able to blow the tires off @ 40-50mph.!!
