Considering this product didn't even exist a couple of months ago I think the fabrication time has been great. I can understand wanting them as soon as possible but I don't see a reason to complain yet.

I'm not dead set on those, but I am leaning towards them. That decision was based more on sound, to be honest. Magnaflow sounds more mellow than I like. The Super 44s sound pretty aggressive, in my opinion. Power-wise, though, what would you recommend?
I'm not a huge fan of Borla or Corsa.

I actually used that same article to help me make a decision when I had the exhaust redone on my first truck, a '90 F-150. I finally decided on Hooker Maxflows for that truck. I remember actually reading the article when it first came out.
These days, though, I would rather use mufflers already used by at least one other performance enthusiast. I don't want to try something no one else has, then decide I don't like it. I'd rather go with something that is already used and liked by someone else. Know what I mean?

I rolled them for a while with a catless downpipe and it was fackin' loud and raspy. I liked it for about a week, got a bunch of compliments. Then I drove six hours to school with it setup like that and my ears bled.
Now there's some mellow magnaflows in there.
