Default car bogging

Sometimes not all the time when i go to floor the car the car will accelerate but then will immediately stop and go until i get off the pedal. it doesnt feel like the trans is slipping. just curious if anyone else experienced this or could have some input on it. thanks

You might be hitting the Rev limiter. Look at your RPMs when this happens.

Or traction control/differential score protection is kicking in...?

If you wheels are turned just a little the traction control/differential score protection will do it as Chris said!!

I'm thinking he's hitting the differential antiscore. Now what I don't get is my wheels can be dead straight and I still get it.

Yep, definitely differential score protection. That being said though, I was never able to get mine to kick in while going straight, only if the tires were turned at all. But I've heard plenty that have had it kick in while going straight.

I'm sure their may be something in the computer to disable it depending on what tuning software your using. In a normal situation I would never get rid of it. It's there for a reason so you don't destroy ****. However, if you're getting you're getting your tranny built that's not an issue as much.

You can turn it off with HPT, It's just an on/off function. Differential clutches won't last too long with constant spirited driving though.

Define "spiriited" it's just annoying as hell to hit a brick wall on the third honk...

Spirited would be any driving that's already getting it to kick in haha.

I'm not saying that this is the problem, but this is how you disable diff score.
