Default Interested in TB spacer or adapter

I’m just trying to find out if anybody is interested in a 1 ½” TB spacer or an adapter to put a LS4 TB on a LS6 intake. I’ll make them on a milling machine and they’ll look like they where done on a CNC machine.
The spacer will come with bolts and an o-ring. 1 1/2"will be $75 shipped, 3/4" $50. The adapter will be 2 1/2" thick and angled to clear headers, $200 shipped.

I will probably do a second version in the future, and I'm interested to see how yours come out and what it looks like. I have a suggestion if you are gonna do something that thick: make at least one piece thick enough that it could be drilled and tapped on the side for a brass vacuum fitting (1/2" vacuum line, which I think is a 5/8" thread). That way the brake booster will have some place to get good vacuum, and the fitting wouldn't stick into the airway. If you added provisions for a wet shot too, I'd pretty much have to buy it.

Vacuum line would be no problem. I’ve never played with nitrous, but after talking to a friend he said is all it would need is 1/8 pipe thread. I would still need a nozzle or some accurate measurements to get the depth right.
After looking at Sittingmongoose’s adapter I like it better than the one I was going to make. I’m waiting to see if his shop is going to sell them.
I may just make a spacer and an adapter just to have some pic’s. Kinda hard to get an idea of who’s interested when nobody knows what they will look like.

Yes, I'll need one if I don't find something by the time you make them.

Well I’m bumping this to the top. I’ve seen some people asking about TB spacers. I’d like to see at lest 10 people wanting the spacers before I order the material. From what I can tell the people going LS6 intake are doing the truck TB?

It's still not known if that works. That would be a straight bolt in affair if the wiring cooperates.

I've got the truck TB but it is unproven like posted above. I'd rather have an adapter though for simplicity sakes. Make one up, post some pics, and you'll be selling them like crazy! Count me in too!

I'd be interested in a plain old 3/4 in tb spacer that is smooth on the inside that fits the LS4 tb. If you start making those I'll buy one.

Ditto. Just us know if you decide to before I buy a different one.

I've been doing a little r&d with Supercatxr7 for the adapter. The first prototype wont work with the turbo kit. I think he'll be posting it up for sale on here. Here are some pic's of that.

Looks good! A lot of people on here are looking for a adapter. I've got one. But can't get the guy to commit just yet. Take the load off of me man!
CNC one piece would be ideal IMHO. 1"-1.5" thick. Mine is casted.

PM me if someone wants to pick this LS6 tbody adapter up that brian made for me. As brian mentioned, it won't work with my turbo set up due to the down pipe. But this will work with anyone's LS6 manifold swap without a turbo. It's a great piece he made and fits perfect on the LS6 manifold.

$110 shipped, paypal. sold...

Brian396, will these clear the headers' crossover pipe or is that an issue with the LS6 intake manifold in itself?

Its a issue with the intake. The TB mounting point is sucked in and is much lower then the LS4. The LS4 Intake neck also angles upwards. Also the header crossover is much higher then the stock pipe.
