Strange noise

I go to get in my car today to run to the gas station and I hear a whining sound. It sounds like it's coming from the belt or pulley but can't be for sure. When I give it gas it gets louder. All the fluids are full. Any idea's? It's also really cold here, don't know if that is the problem or not. The car seems to go fine besides the whining. Also just put my STB on doubt that helps any of you but still something new.

idk could be a couple of things but I would say ur powersteering pump is goin. But just keep an eye on the belt.

That is what I was thinking. It was low so I put some more in there, still wasn't helping.

It doesn't really make anymore noise when I'm turning just when I give it gas.
