Need thoughts from GP GXP owners
11k with 26k miles is a good deal. I owe more then that on my car! The stock cat is a high flow cat and I'm not sure you'd see much of an improvement by changing it out. The stock rear manifold, only has a 2 1/2" outlet and all 8 cylinders flow from it.
Personally, I'd just have a cutout installed coming off of the downpipe. As far as throwing codes, some do and some don't. O2 simulators work, or so they say.

Keep looking. Mine had about 18,000 and I paid about $16,300~ for it.
It's a great driver, excellent flat handling and good jounce-rebound control, super brakes, all the power you need, very satisfying car.
Regarding the trannie, has anyone done the BG treatment?
